About Our Founder
David Selleck, Pittsburgh, PA.
Years of fielding construction-related questions from friends, family, former clients, realtors, and attorneys are the ‘Foundation’ of this venture. The Pandemic taught us there is a need to be self sufficient as qualified help becomes more scarce. Decades of hands on, in the field experience is retiring at an accelerated rate and in danger of being lost forever. This site is taking advantage of this invaluable knowledge base and making it available directly to those that need it the most. You.
As founder, I have over 35 years of experience running a General Contracting Company with a broad background in residential design and construction, remodels and renovation, historic restoration, and light commercial and new home construction with licensing and operations ranging from the East Coast to the Rocky Mountains.
