Frequently asked questions

 Our fee is $90 for an exclusive consultation.  Most issues can be solved in about 30 minutes, and often with just one session. No fees or hidden costs.

If you are within 40 minutes of the Pittsburgh, PA area, we can make a house call for $300 to give you on-site support. If you are interested in long term help for a project, or believe more time will be required, contact us for personalized pricing. 

We can not guarantee we have every answer... occasionally we get stumped. However, one-on-one consulting means advice will have direct bearing on your issues; this is not a forum with antidotal suggestions that may not apply to your issues. We are knowledgeable general practitioners with decades of hands-on experience.  We can, at minimum, get you headed in the right direction.

We will assist you in troubleshooting, provide tips, advise, shortcuts, and options.  Every attempt will be made to assist you in whatever way is useful to you.  Txt/phone/email/chat.  If you need we will FaceTime /video conference with you  providing real time instructions so you are able to resolve your home construction related issue.  Our goal is to give you the confidence to tackle problems above your pay grade.
